We are seeking a candidate who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to their work and to the team, and is legally authorised to work in South Africa.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years professional experience in an architectural practice;
• Experience or exposure to high-end residential and/or hospitality projects;
• Strong technical ability and detailing skills;
• Revit proficiency is essential;
• 3D visualisation and rendering skills essential (Twinmotion or Enscape);
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

We are seeking a highly talented Interior Designer with strong FF&E expertise to join our studio, working on a diverse portfolio of hospitality and high-end residential projects, locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate combines natural design talent, sharp intellect, and excellent attentiveness, with the ability to retain and apply insights from meetings and design reviews to inform and strengthen their work. They will be confident in taking concepts through to fully documented, buildable solutions, ensuring furniture, fittings, and layouts are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and ergonomically sound. Our team values good energy, clear communication, and a shared commitment to creating beautifully detailed and curated interiors.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on FF&E design, sourcing and specification for hospitality and luxury residential projects.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong design sensibility, with an eye for materials, textiles, furniture, finishes and styling.
• Strong understanding of ergonomics, human factors and functional detailing in interior design.
• Solid understanding of specification processes, documentation standards and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design tools (essential).
